Ross Woodward students and staff may wear costumes to school that abide by the school dress code and the guidelines below:

Costumes may be worn to school only if they are manageable and comfortable to wear throughout the day.
Students must be able to sit down in a work space/desk if wearing their costume during the day.
All costumes must be mindful of the school dress code. Costumes must be appropriate for school. Please keep in mind the various ages of students at Ross Woodward and be sure costumes are not too gory or scary.
Costumes involving blood, toy weapons or costumes with similar themes are inappropriate and will not be permitted.

Join us for a FREE, six-week virtual financial empowerment workshop for school staff, parents, and caregivers!
The virtual workshops will be held on Tuesday evenings from October 21st – November 25th from 6:30PM – 7:30PM on Zoom.
The first 20 people who register will receive a $250 contribution to their child’s 529 or other qualifying education savings account once they have attended all six sessions! (Only one contribution will be made for each qualifying registrant caregiver/parent)

In Library class, we have been focusing on the proper care of library books. Students are now ready to begin borrowing! Before they can borrow a book, a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian must be returned to the library. These permission slips are being sent home this week. Please email or message Mrs. Finnegan if you have any questions.

Art classes are for all ages at Ross Woodward! Check out our Pre-K friends in the art room working on cutting, gluing and learning our colors! Art classes are for all grades at Ross Woodward - come on in and check out the amazing work our students have done! It's all over our walls on display!!!
Music classes are so fun at Ross Woodward! Our students got to engage in some scarf fun while singing and learning about shapes in music classes! Watch them make circles with the scarves while they sing "ooooh" notes and other fun shapes!
